We were very happy with out moms in home hospice care. All the nurses and bathers were very helpful. Would have loved to give 5 stars, but the sympathy card we received was addressed to only my sister and they had someone else’s name that was not my mom. Sympathy cards are a nice touch, but can be hurtful when they don’t have the deceased’s name right. My mom’s name was Nancy and card said Krista. Maybe just don’t send them at all
The nurses and staff were incredibly kind. I could not imagine any better service . My mom adored her nurses that visited and they were never rushed and took great care of my mom until she passed. I highly recommend these amazingly organized and compassionate people. Thank you Serenity
They were amazing in my dad’s last few days. Very supportive of my needs as the daughter. They listened and provided the best care ever. Really compassionate people to work with. Thank you so much for stepping in when life got tough.
The hospice nurses are very compassionate to my mom and their always their for the families. Speaking for myself I appreciate everything they do 🩷💜❤️
Serenity hospice is amazing! I work in a care facility and deal with serenity quite often, I've never had a bad or negative experience with them! The nurses and bath aides are all amazing, they show the people there working with that they truly care and are there to help would 100% recommend
