I gave 3 stars all because I did not agree with providing my credentials by way of the actual Diploma. I feel my transcript was safer. I didn’t like the requirement of having to pay out my pocket for a fingerprint background check especially when I was requested by the client. Told I would be scheduled for 5 days a week but my client does not want that for the small amount of hours he is awarded. The customer service was acceptable quality.

It was a great experience I enjoyed learning about how to take care of someone older then me also shout out Ms.Sendy she was great at teaching and helping me get my certificate!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I tried to setup one of my patients with their HH services and they are very unreliable, unprofessional and rude. I highly recommend taking your services elsewhere.
I came to Serenity to help me find care for my grandparents and the office staff was very attentive and professional. This office is by far the best one in the region that I’ve ever visited providing this services. I feel extremely confident and excited to bring my grandparents in and have them get the best care possible.
