Place says it closes at 7 and takes walk-ins. Was closed at 5 and the woman refused to answer the door. Talked to me through the freaking closed door. Great customer service!
Daveda is excellent! I am very happy with my hair cut and will continue to get my hair done by her. She is meticulous with every strand and is easy to talk to. The business is clean and the front desk is inviting.

I have to be honest and say that my initial encounter with serenity was not so Pleasant. However, Jillian completely turned my experience around and made me a customer for as long as I'm in the Raleigh area. My hair looks AMAZING! JUST in time for our Marine Corps ball. This women and her salon work their butts off to make sure every person that walks through their door leaves completely satisfied. I would recommend them to everyone I know.
