It appears that the management of Serenity Garden maintains the appearance of the front of the property for prospective residents but does not extend the same level of upkeep to the rear.
Very nice property with great amenities. Management is excellent. Maintenance is excellent. I love it here

Absolutely love living here with my family! I would 100% recommend these apartments to anyone looking to move. The property manager is wonderful to us and does everything in her power to make sure we are good and comfortable! Thank you Ms.Debbie :)
This will be my 2nd year here and I’m happy, content, and safe never had any issues or complaints. This is a place to live and to call home, also Debbie in the front office is very kind, caring, and helpful with everything you need! They are renovated and clean for a new great stay!
