This practice doesnât know anything about billing. They screwed up my billing so much that my FSA card was frozen. When I asked for a detailed accounting of charges, I received a rudimentary spreadsheet with no explanation of what was on it. Also, when one of their hygienists is gone for an extended period of time they employ incompetent hygienists who perform the most painful cleanings Iâve ever received. Stay away from this practice! Dr. Hoste was great. Once Dr. Ansari took over it all went down the tubes.
Dr Ansari, DDS is relatively new to this office, the former practice of James Hoste, DDS who recently retired. Dr. Ansari is highly skilled and a personable individual. My first experience with him was in having some small cavities filled, which went extremely well, i. e., painlessly. His staff is eager to help and pleasant toward patients, offering whatever help is possible. I would recommend this dentist and his office to any of my friends.
Liz got me in when I showed up a month early. She even checked my insurance to make sure I was covered. Debbie had an opening and graciously and quickly cleaned my teeth!
We were greatly pleased with Wayne's appointment. We were glad to have discussed things beforehand with Dr. Ansari.
