Dr. Li is such a pleasure to work with! Our mutual patients always have wonderful things to say about their experience at Serenity Family Dental. Communication with them is always consistent and top notch. I highly recommend Dr. Li and her awesome staff!
My family and I have been going here for some years...just for general cleaning and a couple of fill- ins. So I have first hand credible experience with Dr. Li. Things started going left sometime last year. Particularly with Dr. Li's demeanor and attitude. The last fill- ins..all of a sudden which wasn't mentioned before..she stated I had 2 cavities (always get a 2nd opinion). She didn't do the fill- ins right. It was too much residue left on my teeth...that I contacted her about. Which kept coming off in pieces for days aft... read more
Dr. Li is a great dentist and is great at what she does! Highly recommend!
They didn’t seem to give me any option on my preferred name or pronouns when filling out the new patient forms but then I see they do have the option in their system to put those things in their charts but I guess don’t offer the option to their patients unless they speak up and ask them to, I figured I could always address this later privately over a phone call but by the end of the appointment the dentist managed to make me feel awful. She did two fillings on my son that were never cavities. I went once and never again. I brought him to another dentist and no cavities were detected on the x-rays that she had taken. I should have known better. I did question her and should of gone with my gut. Don’t let her kindness fool you.
