I had my first visit today and I feel Dr. Palmer is not only caring but skilled in her profession. I have visited MANY chiropractors over the years and they are not all the same. I had my first consultation and adjustment and looking forward to feeling better.

Absolutely trust Dr Nicole 100% with all of my being. She is very personable and easy going, most importantly she is real no bologna she will be nothing but truthful. She is also very accomodating. I drive a distance cause she is worth it. The patient/Dr relationship is very important to her. Simply greatful for her n her compassion.
Dr. Palmer is a fantastic doctor and person. She will get all your kinks out!!
