This location is closed. This practice will not tell you this when scheduling an appointment even though this location is still listed on their website and google maps. No respect for their clients time.

No wonder why they have bad reviews. This location is no good for our community. They encourage low pay . They have their dirty office on the back of the building. The city should inspect this location sanitation. They often order food thru app. They offer good tips to drivers to encourage driver to delivery their order but thy never honor their tip. Recently I had some dental work done in Dr. Heidari's San Jose office and he and the staff were outstanding! A couple of days ago I was in the Palo Alto area and had a dental emergency and when I called the San Jose office to see if I could get in, they said I could see Dr. Heidari immediately here in their Palo Alto office. They got me right in and took care of the problem! An old metal filling had fallen out which was really painful and he replaced it with a metal-free composite filling. I look forward to going to Serenity Dental. Everything about the experience is excellent: easy parking, friendly and competent front desk staff, elite professionals. I especially appreciate how everything is explained so well, both during the visit and for aftercare at home. I live in NYC and I moved my dental check-ups to Serenity when I visit my family there -- they are that good!
