I am writing this review because I called to schedule an appointment, and to use my gift card that I have on file. Only to learn that my $80 gift card has expired! My husband gave me that as a Christmas gift this past Christmas. Unfortunately not everybody can visit the salon as often as we'd like to due to having a FULL TIME JOB and THREE CHILDREN. I made two appointments here almost two months in advance. When I got the reminder, one of the times was wrong. I tried calling the salon multiple times daily at different times of the day for four days and couldn't get an answer. Their voicemail was full. I also tried sending a Facebook message and calling the number the text reminder was sent from. I find it unacceptable that a business who books appointments via telephone is unreachable.
Always friendly people... when u walk in the ladies in the front know your name.. the quickly let who ever will be preforming your service know u are here. And service is always fast courteous and 100% enjoyable. !!!! Thanks for my birthday week great!!!!
I got a deep tissue massage today from Courtney for a pinched nerve. She was wonderful! I would recommend her. I will be back!
I go to Serenity regularly for a facial with Maria, always a treat!!
