I have had an opportunity to work with both Janean as well as Brittany, and I can not sing their praises enough. Janean provided me with some on the spot semi-emergency help, and she was so wonderful. Kind, compassionate, and really knowledgeable about certain issues I was immediately facing at that time. Very dissatisfied with the services provided by this facility. We were told when booking that the first sessions is an assessment. We were there for 30mins for what should’ve been a 50mins-1 hr session! Then about 15 mins of that our counselor Janean bromley spoke about fees, fees, fees, how there plans are setup, the programs they offer etc which I think should be discussed before scheduling and before I paid $185!!
