I have had a few treatments with Dr. Modesty over the years. She is a wonderful chiropractor with a unique sensitivity to energy and body dynamics. Plus she is very knowledgeable and supportive about easy and accessible ways to live a healthy lifestyle. I don't get to the Bay Area very often, but I make sure to pay her a visit any time I do!
