I don’t even give it a one. I cried after leaving. Signed lease Friday around 4. Didn’t get to view it first. It wasn’t even READY TO MOVE IN like promised. They finally let us view it and told us there maintenance quit the same day. A cleaner lady was on the way. Hole in the hall way closet. Patio/balcony rail broken. Floors uneven. And now I know why.
