This place is absolutely horrible. If I could give negative stars, I would. It's just horrible! Trash all over, no lights, run-down buildings, and so much more.
The management over this company is a bunch of schemers, they hassle you for rent payment but do not keep up their end of the bargin in contracts between tenant and landlord. They allow their grass on their properties to exceed everyone's on the street, they constantly buy surveillance to micro manage tenants but they don't buy new utilities in the units. They hire men from the street as maintenance that professionalism does not exist, the workers run from tenants when they try to flag them down for help. The utilities are i... read more
