Love this place. Hopefully I kind find someone as good as Sonia when I move to Kingwood. Otherwise looks like I'm driving into Houston so she can hook me up.
Jessica and Sonia both are awesome at what they do. Upon arriving, you are greeted by name and with a smile. The boutique is very inviting and aesthetically pleasing. I've been coming for over a year and love how little the process hurts. They use a soft wax and do not double dip. These 2 ladies make you feel comfortable and at ease. I made the appointment based on the reviews. I'm so glad I did. Everyone is very professional and friendly !!! They take extra care to make you feel at ease. Sonia explained everything to me before beginning the treatment. I have the brazilian wax, lip, & chin. It is shocking at first, but the pain minimal. I have a monthly appointment. I would never go anywhere else !! This place is great !!! They also have products to maintain your skin. I highly recommend Serence Wax Boutique !!!!!!!
5 stars for this place just don't do it justice! I went into Serene's to make an appointment for a Brazilian wax. I was able to speak to the owner Jessica and she was able to take me right then and there! She was so awesome and patient with me (it was my first time getting a Brazilian done.) There was some pain; however, that was expected. She talked to me and took it step by step letting me know what was to come. I felt very comfortable and will definitely return!
Best waxing experience I've ever had, painless and super clean. Extremely friendly and social staff, allows the comfort of continuing to come back :)
