This company completely failed to take responsibility for their work. During their service, they actually cut my internet line and showed no willingness to fix the problem. One of their technicians pretended to connect the line, but obviously, it was futile with a severed cable lying exposed on the ground. Without uttering a word, they abruptly left the job site. I highly recommend Serene Surroundings. We moved into a new construction home and hired their company for front yard and backyard landscaping. Our project managers were Daphney and Dan, who were great to work with. They are professional, creative, and have a very good work ethic. They installed sod, flowers, trees, a sprinkler system, fire pit, and paver patios in both the front and back yard. We could not be happier with the outcome! May 27, 2015 I recently had my front and back yard in downtown Plymouth completely re-landscaped by Serene Surroundings. I worked directly with Mr. Paul Wood. He was excellent to work with and had brilliant ideas and suggestions for my new flower beds and foundation plantings. He has a vast knowledge of plants, shrubs and trees and how to present them.
