RecommendedI’ve always been scared of the dentist but I had some issues and had to get them fixed. I chose Serene Smiles and decided to try them. They were all very nice and comforting from the second I called. I went in to have my work done and they made me feel very comfortable. They really care about how you feel. I had an exceptional experience and am going back for more work. I’d like to thank them all.
Awesome dental practice! Everyone from Dr. Zain to Sarah, my hygienist, to Ms Karen and everyone else are all professionals and caring. Best of all, after less than 6months I got a new and better smile.
Beyond grateful for Serene Smiles of Fredericksburg.. Staff are phenomenal and office is quaint and cozy, great first experience. Shout out to Sarah, you’re amazing, personable, and made my experience so easy, for that I am thankful! My 4-year old son and I both had our initial visits with Dr. Zain and his staff earlier today, and I could not be more pleased or impressed! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly not only with me but also with my son, who immediately felt at ease there, enough to go into his own exam area by his "big self"! As usual, gentle thorough cleaning. Always a pleasure to visit the dentist. Not something everyone can say.
Dr. Zain and his staff take the pain out of a trip to the dentist. They treat all their patients as if they were family.
This practice employs some holistic practices and is open minded to alternative treatments. They are patient, kind, and gentle.
Serene Smiles is a bright spot in our flagging health care system. We have never had a single complaint. Also, their discount plans are very fair. One addition that I would appreciate is a full menu of procedures and list prices up front and explained, so that nothing ever comes as a financial surprise.
Gorgeous office space, friendly staff and expert treatment by Dr. Zain. This has been by far, my favorite dental office and visit. I would come back without hesitation. I was welcomed by beautiful plants in the entryway, a cozy and comfy lobby area and a great little playroom for little ones. Dr. Zain explained to me fully what he would be doing and I felt no pain while he treated my deep cavity and worked to avoid a root canal. I am actually looking forward to my next visit!
