Pleasant, kind, efficient, gentle, compassionate. I have never been so pleased to be in the hands of all the wonderful people here. Bradley rocks the front desk / insurance jockey job. Justina is so sweet and efficient as the hygienist. Dr. Ehrbar, aka, Dr. Diane, is so kind and quick and empathetic. Beautiful office. TV's on the ceiling, even dark glasses to protect my eyes from splatter. I couldn't be happier that I found this practice.
Was looking for a close by dentist that had our insurance, found that they were only about 2 miles away. Did my first cleaning in a long time a week ago. Everyone is great there from front desk to the assistant. Dr Savla is great, puts you at ease while working on you. They have also have massaging chairs and flat screen TV for patients. Very nice and clean place.
Came here because the location was great and I’m staying her because the staff was soooo friendly and the place is the most beautiful dentist office I’ve seen! Also, I quite like the massage chair while getting my teeth cleaned!
I never imagined I would enjoy going to the dentist. This is the place! Dr. Aditi Savla is a genuinely nice person and a great dentist. She does such a thorough job and wants to be sure everything is done perfectly. Justine and Bradley make you feel like you’re family. I needed quite a few cavities filled and I never felt embarrassed or uncomfortable. My husband and I are new to Westerville and we were looking for a dental practice. We saw the sign for Serene Smiles on the side of their new building and decided to give it a try. We had our first appointments today - the staff were so friendly and kind and Dr. Salva was wonderful. And I should also mention the office is beautiful! We have found our new dental practice �.
I was so happy to come across Serene Smiles on my Facebook feed. I have been wanting to find a dentist close to home. I was impressed with professional advertising so I called over the 4th of July holiday and left a voice message asking for a call back when the office is open.
