For my mother’s birthday, I booked the Serene Spa Package online for both my mum and sister, and the whole process was quick and easy. The day before our appointment, I received a lovely call from one of the staff confirming the booking and asking whose birthday it was. Absolutely amazing experience! I’m so happy with my pedicure, it was done beautifully and with so much care. The customer service is outstanding, Tina and Ana are such lovely, warm, and welcoming people. They truly make you feel comfortable and valued. The attention to detail is incredible and they make you genuinely feel cared for. This is officially my new favourite nail spa, and I’ll definitely be coming back as part of my fortnightly or monthly self-care routine. Highly recommend!
