I just had the most amazing experience at Serene. All three ladies were so lovely and the service was in incredible. They took their time with both services that I received, I had the best leg calve and foot massage ever and enjoyed a cup of tea and heat pack on the back of my neck throughout. This is absolutely my new regular salon - if I could rate it higher than 5 stars I would! Well done ladies 🌟
For my mother’s birthday, I booked the Serene Spa Package online for both my mum and sister, and the whole process was quick and easy. The day before our appointment, I received a lovely call from one of the staff confirming the booking and asking whose birthday it was. She mentioned they would have a special surprise waiting for my mum; such a thoughtful touch that made me even more excited for her day. Best Infill Experience I’ve ever had… The beautiful ladies at this salon made me feel incredibly special during my visit for an infill appointment. I booked online half an hour before and got taken straight in, was spoiled with complimentary jasmine tea and addictive mini cookies, the infill was done quickly and with care and was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a nail salon. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and instantly felt at ease. I came in for a pedicure and BIAB infills on my hands, and everything was done to perfection. During my pedicure, I was treated to a cosy warmed heat pack for my neck and a relaxing eye mask, such a thoughtful touch. I even enjoyed a refreshing iced drink, which was just what I needed. I came to get my toe nails done around 4 weeks ago. I just wanted to write how amazing my experience was. My nails got done by Tina and she did absolutely amazing job. I got baby blue color and till this day they look perfect. I would highly recommend to get your nails done there especially with her. Ps they give you very tasty drink and heated neck pillow.
