I was not asked how I want the shape or length, and what I ended up with was definitely not what I wanted and it was too late to complain. My toenails are cut so short they actually hurt now and the edges couldn't even be filed to a straight line. On top of that, there's polish all over my cuticles, and the shapes are uneven. After my request of being retouched (second and third pictures), they have a more defined form that came with small cuts.
Very bad job. My nail came off in less than a week, and it was clear she didn’t know what she was doing. The nail looked uneven and poorly done. Would not recommend.
