If I could give zero stars I would. First off, a lead case manager named Natalie M. shows up at my house unannounced. That’s very unprofessional on their part for not letting me know ahead of time. Secondly, I had already told her I was not interested and she kept calling me nonstop. So I had to block her number. I called her number again (afree unblocking her) after she had showed up to my house while I wasn’t there, to let her know and again that I’m not interested in the services.
