The Best Wax – WOW!! The wax is grrrreat!! Never seen anything like it! I'm so glad I know about this salon now. Their gummy wax is the closest to painless waxing you can get! Nothing like it! You can also get your nails done along w/ a waxing all within an hour. LOVE IT

THE BEST – I've gotten my nails done twice at Serene Haven and I've also gotten my eyebrows waxed by Devyn. This salon is so nice and CLEAN! The employees are all very nice and friendly. I've heard a lot about their bikini wax not only from Devyn but from random people at other places. I will definitely give it a shot! Best salon that I've been to in a long time. Will reccommend to all my friends in Sherman Oaks!

Brazilian Bikini Waxing by Devon...the BEST by far!! – I am NOT going to bad mouth anyone. HOWEVER, I found Devon when she was working somewhere else in the Sherman Oaks/Studio City area. I had never had a bikini wax much less a Brazilian and all of my girlfriends told me about this certain type of waxing with very little pain at this certain salon. LACK OF SKILLS AND DISHONEST PEOPLE!! – When setting up the appointment, I asked if they had someone who was good at doing guys' brows. They said, oh yes, certainly, you will be very pleased. When I got there, I had to wait - my appointment started 25 minutes after the original time. I was seen by some blonde. I asked her if she's used to doing mens brows because I didn't want them too thin. she said not to worry. She worked hard, but didn't seem good at what she did. HIGHLY Overpriced! Inexperienced~ – I went in for a brazilian wax with Devon after reading all of the "wonderful" reviews I have seen on here, thinking I was going to have a great experience, unfortunately it was the worst experience I have ever had, not from the pain, but from the results! Clean and the Best service! – I love love love this place!!!! It's so nice to find a full service salon like this. No, they don't do hair but I already go somewhere for that so it's okay! I can get nails done, get waxed....get a facial every now and then....it's just the best! There is a new waxer here she is amazing!!!!!!! Deven was the best bikini waxer I have ever gone to. Trust me, go see her and you won't regret it. Least painful waxing experience I've had.

Best Facial Special In the World! – Recently went into Serene Haven to do the special they have going on. If you purchase a one hour facial, you get a FREE mani/pedi!! How cool is that? You can relax for a whole hour with a spectacular facial, then do some more relaxing as they do your mani/pedi which was great as well! Total fan of this place and will continue to come. Everyone was very pleasant and always made sure I was taken care of.

Great Eyebrow Wax!! – Serene Haven is my favorite salong for nails and eyebrow waxing. They recently started using a new wax for the eyebrows that is a lot less painful than regular honey wax. The rooms are cute and they whole entire staff is just wonderful...so friendly. Enjoy green tea or cold water during your mani/pedi and you can do that and get a wax within an hour or so! Love it...can't say enough!
