I Hired someone to build a flower wall and they left a mess and didn't know what they were doing. I hired Rob at Serene Aqua. He fixed the mess, created a design for the wall and did a great job. came in $1,000 less than Creech for same work. Even did some mulching at no charge and gave me a brand new shovel b/c the first group stole mine. The wall had held up great! I provided the stone for the wall.
