I brought a purse from them and got my Mother's initials embroidered on it back on April 30. On May 8 I called to see if the order was ready since I hadn't heard anything back. The lady on the phone asked if I had received a call saying the order was ready, I replied no. She said she looked my order and that it was not ready and when it was they will call me. 2 weeks went by, I figured they were backed up from Mother's Day and graduations.
