RecommendedSerendipity is the cutest store! There’s so many different gift options as well as personalization for those gifts.
Not very good customer service - have been in this store twice. Nobody spoke to me or asked if they could help me either time. The first time I went to them and asked a question. They acted like they didn’t have time for me, were snobbish and rude. I believe in bad days and second chances so today was my second time. After being in the store for several minutes and even going near the counter to look at things, I just left because again they were too consumed with eating and talking to even address me. 😢

Tried to go to store today to buy mask and took a special needs child with me who will not wear a mask due to her special needs. The staff was so rude about us coming in. I work in the medical field and understand the importance of mask but when I politely say that we have a special needs child that will not wear one there is no need to give me a look like I am less of a person and huff at me about a special needs child not wearing a mask!
