My experience was about a year ago. I received a hot stone massage. To make a long story short, the therapist pulled half of my hair into the oil and rubbed my hair all over my back with the rock then the rock got tangled in my hair and she ripped it out which ripped some hairs out.. she proceeded to do this several times. I asked her if I should move my hair or tie it back 3 times and she never replied or said a peep to me. Worst experience ever. I left with a headache and hair soaked in oil. 😒

Have been here a couple of times most recently to get my eyebrows done for the first time in my life and I absolutely loved it.....also had my nails done and tried the float tub and would highly recommend coming here to anyone in need of spa services. It is a very calming relaxing atmosphere and the employees are very professional. Thank you Hannah and they entire staff for a wonderful experience and my eyebrows look fantastic!!!
The ladies here are absolutely amazing! I had a prenatal massage, pedicure, and got my eyebrows waxed. Everyone was super friendly and made me feel at home. The atmosphere is very warm and relaxing. One of my favorite parts was how clean every room was. Definitely the only place I will be going from now on. Worth every penny!!!
