My husband purchased the couples escape package as a surprise for our first wedding anniversary. We went Monday November 4th 2019. He had brought me here 3 years ago as well for the same package. Both times we left feeling so relaxed and happy with our experience. The ladies who did our massages were great! Then the two ladies who took care of my facial, mani and pedi were amazing. Very warm, welcoming and carried nice conversation. We will definitely be back, and I CAN NOT WAIT!
Such a relaxing experience. Just what I needed after a long days work
I was looking for a new place to get waxing and my nails done and this place is by far the best. All of the people who work there are friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. It is a truly relaxing experience from the moment you walk in the door. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for any treatment.

I have been a repeat customer for quite sometime-and I haven’t received anything less than exceptional customer service from the entire staff. The atmosphere is clean warm and welcoming, Which is one of the things that separates this business from many establishments that are out there. I will continue to do business with the spa, I highly recommending others to go here as they are more than happy to accommodate your needs. Thank you Serindipity for everything you do!!!
For what we paid for the pedicure ($50) it was not very good ,,,, no calf massage at all which all much cheaper salons do. I had polish all over the tops of my toes. They offered me wine which I thought was great but after a few sips I noticed lipstick marks very visible on the glass, I don’t wear lipstick so it kinda grossed me out. I’ll agree with what an earlier comment said, front desk girls didn’t seem very friendly. It took forever to get an appt but I don’t see all the hype,,,?!
