Don’t consign your dress with Serendipity. I did, and never saw my dress advertised on her website. I sent three checkin emails over the course of several months inquiring about the status of the dress. If it wasn’t selling, I wanted the dress returned. I never received a response to any of my emails. Very poor communication and now I don’t even have my dress.
Tara was incredibly helpful. She was thoughtful in suggesting various styles and she has a fantastic selection of dresses.
I said yes to the dress with Tara at Serendipity and I couldn’t be happier! It was actually the first boutique I went to and I had no idea what I wanted. I was so pleased with the selection of beautiful dresses and how she’s really created such a gorgeous space. Tara is very knowledgeable and really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Most of the dresses are new or once worn and reasonably priced. Thanks for a great experience Tara!
