I never leave negative reviews, but I can't figure out what else to do. I did my research on salons and made an appointment to reward myself for two big personal milestones reached, and was left instead bawling in the parking lot. I wasn't listened to, and left with a horrible dye job, a haphazard cut, half-dried hair and no styling. The stylist told me "I don't have time to finish". Then tell me at the beginning!! Brittany is the absolute best at what she does! I always leave feeling great and LOVING my hair! She is also so genuinely sweet and easy to talk to. I send everyone I can over to her!
