Lived here for a month now and couldn’t be happier. Brenda is amazing and always so quick and willing to help!
Brenda was great at making a stressful move as painless as possible. We really appreciated the flexibility she provided. As far as the complex: The parking is a challenge. But the interiors of the homes are very nice, high end finishes. 3 bedrooms for a great price. Brenda has also been working hard to improve the problems that other managers before her did not.
Loved Serenata! Granite counter tops, master suite, two car garage, in unit laundry, and very pet friendly!! Extremely easy freeway access to the 94, Chollas is just down the street and great for running, also right across the street from Target and 24 Hour Fitness. It's under new management and she's making it a very nice place to live!
