I am very happy to be living here at Serena Shores Apartments. When I stopped by the office to inquire about the property Jasmine was so welcoming and informative. She gave me a tour of the property and her genuine energy made me feel at home. There was no pressure or push to rent, just welcoming energy and a smooth process to rent my new home. Jasmine and Chuck have been amazing throughout the entire application and move in process. They were patient with all of my questions and eager to address any concerns I had. Their positivity really made me feel welcomed, and you can tell they truly care about making sure the residents are happy. The community itself is just as wonderful as it seems peaceful, quiet, and full of great vibes. I’m really excited to be here and can’t wait to settle in even more.
My family used to live here for 4 years when I was younger, and I am planning to finally move back in with my partner! We spoke with Jasmine today, and she was a great help! Chuck has also given superb communication! I couldn't recommend this complex enough!
