Pedicure was a 5 star, but when they started my manicure they didn’t ask what shaped I wanted and just filed them down to a square shape without asking. I asked if she can round it out bc I hate square shape and she ended up just filing my nails until it extremely short. I stopped her before she went to my other hand. Just ask your customers what they want before starting please.
I wanted to take my mom for mani pedis for her birthday but was having trouble choosing a place since it's not something I do often. I finally settled on this shop and I'm glad I did. the place was very clean and the staff was nice, they did a wonderful job on the pedi and my nails couldn't be better. if your struggling to find a nail place or simply want to switch it up I definitely recommend giving this place a try.
