This company is scamming customers and insurance companies. They came to my house for a water leak in my tiny bathroom. Ryan said it was moisture underneath the floor in the bathroom and closets. They removed some tile, removed the toilet, baseboards and a small piece of carpet. They placed their fans and dehumidifiers around the bathroom, hallway and closet. I had a water damage issue happen in a condo I purchased three months ago. I was a disaster. The Serclean team, Wes and Ryan, came to my home as soon as they were contacted. The began immediately on the mitigation of drying out the water and pulling up my laminate waterproof panels to continue the drying out process. They answered all my questions and helped with my claim with the insurance company. I highly recommend these guys and the company they represent.

Company asked to deal directly with our insurance company to keep us from worrying about being billed. After charging our insurance company double. Our insurance company chose to be slow about payment. Serclean reached back out to us for help obtaining payment. So we obliged. This quickly became an issue as Serclean now took a new route and began billing us while we worked with our insurance company to get payment over to them. Serclean workers were careful to direct us to which plumbing business could fix the slab leak. Once the pipe was found and repaired, Serclean set up a system to siphon and dry out the water collected in the walls and to track damage to adjacent rooms and include those areas in the project as well. Each day they checked on how the drying process was coming along and adjusted the set up if needed. They took time to explain the extent of the problem and how they were addressing it. I will not even give this man 1 star but I have to just to get this to post. He is a fraud. He is scamming every single claim he puts in. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LET THIS MAN OR HIS CREW IN YOUR HOME. He bases his integrity off of his Christianity, he is a wolf in sheep's clothing. This man claimed I needed a full mold remediation, that I had to leave my home for over a week, cost me $2300.00 for the stay, and he claimed he would have me a check before it was over (WRONG).
