This construction for the philadelphia water department has been going on for months. No consideration for residents. They start super early in the morning. Today, 7/18/25 they have left me with no safe access to the street. They placed piles of boards in front of my home and next door also. I asked if the could move the boards a few inches to the left. I see the RAT was on Berdrick Street again. Why are they not using UNION CONCRETE!!! TEAMSTERS ALL THE WAY FOR PHILADELPHIA!! The non unions scabs at Castor are the bottom of the barrel. The professional teamsters drivers are the best around. Support your union drivers. The STRIKE CONTINUES!!
