My entire experience at Seranova Sculpt and Beauty was exceptional! Beginning with a friendly checkin (and checkout) with Dani, to an in-depth, caring, and attentive consultation with Kaye, and ending with a relaxing and result-driven treatment with Richel. I am grateful I found such a professional and comfortable Med Spa that provided valuable information and services in a pressure free environment. I look forward to returning soon for future treatments.
Today was my initial visit. I was given a warm reception by Dani the front desk manager. I met with the CEO Kaye who went over my goals and expectations and was given a variety of options to meet those goals. Pricing was more than reasonable and I set up my schedule. Very friendly staff who explained in simple terms what options and services offered. They made me feel comfortable and not pressured to buy more - was using special and trying . Very clean and professional . I felt at ease and first time so appreciated that . Timely which also important and appreciated . Highly recommend Jordon - she so nice and keeps it simple.
