We have stayed at the Seralago twice (December 2012 and March 2013), and loved it. The only issue we ever had (and it was really a minor issue) is on our second stay the key card wouldn't work for our room for some reason. They got someone from maintenance down to fix it. It did take a little bit for them to fix it, but that was okay because we could walk right over to the playground to keep the children occupied. we had another awesome stay this whole weekend!! my girls love the kids suites, the kid pool and the huge pool. the tiki bar always has good drinks. we have been trying a new kids suite every time, so far the castle kids suite is the favorite! you cant find a more peaceful fun enjoyable place to stay for the whole family near old town. i absolutely love that i get a customer appreciation rate and the friendly staff keeps me coming back. we are already planning our next weekend getaway.
