Love the elegant vibe at Serafyn. Great little coffee bar amenity, comfy shampoo bowls and phenomenal talent. Gracie did my cut and color and did exactly what I wanted. She was super sweet and attentive to my comfort and results. Definitely booking with Gracie every 6wks!!
Had a 10/10 experience with Gracie. My first time in the salon was stress free, relaxing, and fun! It is a beautiful, clean space with great customer service and comfortable wash bowls that don’t hurt your neck. Gracie was so attentive to my goals and concerns. She was professional and personable from start to finish and I am beyond pleased with my results. I have very long hair and a sensitive scalp, and she did not pull on my hair or hurt me ONCE. My girlfriends and I made it a little girls bonding session and went to Serafyn for wash, blow dry and style. It was so fun with the perfect amount of relaxation. I had a deep scalp treatment and then a moisture treatment for the middle to ends of my hair, then blow dry followed by beach-wave-style, bouncy curls! My hair feels so soft and healthy! Loved the experience and the vibe!
This salon does not refund customers or make things right when they mess up. Nikki, the owner, even asked me not to post a negative review knowing they were in the wrong. I agreed at the time, as long as they fixed the issue — but they didn’t. I came in for a consultation and haircut, asked for a low-maintenance, dimensional balayage with a blended root (showed a photo), and left with what looked like a bad grow-out: harsh yellow highlights on top and solid blonde on the ends — exactly what I specifically asked not to have. ... read more
