This salon does not refund customers or make things right when they mess up. Nikki, the owner, even asked me not to post a negative review knowing they were in the wrong. I agreed at the time, as long as they fixed the issue — but they didn’t. I came in for a consultation and haircut, asked for a low-maintenance, dimensional balayage with a blended root (showed a photo), and left with what looked like a bad grow-out: harsh yellow highlights on top and solid blonde on the ends — exactly what I specifically asked not to have. ... read more

I booked an appointment with Lauren for my two daughters. She was exceptional! She was patient and kind - She took a great deal of time to work with them and make sure they left looking and feeling great! I would highly recommend her and we will definitely be returning customers!

I had my hair done by Lauren a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier! Initially, I wanted to try something new and went for a cooler, ashy tone. After a few days, I realized it just didn’t feel like me, so I reached out to Lauren. She was so accommodating and got me back in the very next day to adjust the color to a warmer, brassy blonde — exactly what I usually love. I was searching for a salon in the Seminole area and stumbled across Serafyn’s Instagram. The salon itself has the coolest aesthetic. The employees are also so kind and welcoming. I see Lauren for my hair and I’m so happy I found her. She achieves the blonde/tone I’m looking for every time! The health of my hair is always a priority for her, too, which is a plus. 10/10 recommend.
