You get what you pay for – Overall a great family owned property. Most units, include your heat, water, storage, and underground parking space. I have lived here for 4 years. Management is good about taking care of repairs within a timely fashion for the most part and usually repairs are taken care of the same day I call them in. Snow removal in the winter has never been an issue around here either. Lots of students, families, and retirees live here and I've never had an issue with any of my neighbors. Don't be fooled by the pretty outside... – My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and the first few months, we loved it. After that, our experience went down hill. We picked this place for the lovely community and the great ammenities. Also, it is close to Children's Hospital where he and I are both completing our residency. We have lived there for 1 year and have finally moved out! The staff here are horrible and should find themselves a new profession. The staff often enter the apartment with no notice.
