Horrible service today for my sweet dog. They tried to charge me for my dads cat, who was on my account somehow and that was not happening. The older lady who works up front - is INCREDIBLY rude. They called me 9 times while I took my dog there for lab work and a heartworm test. I was called at 1242 for payment and at 1244 the rude lady upfront called and asked how long it would be before I got back to get him. 2 MINUTES LATER!! I didn’t even have time to get in my car yet. Your employees up front SUCK! We will not be back!!

I had the hardest time finding a good vet when I moved here. The first experience with this vet, I knew I had finally found “my” vet. Last week, someone ran over my dog. They took her in ten minutes before close. We had to go to the emergency clinic, but they stabilized her enough to make it there. I cant explain how I felt the whole team there was invested in her making it. They CARE. I ended up losing my baby. I got a card in the mail signed by the team at Sequoyah. I will never go to another vet. I had the ill fortune to have to put a beloved pet down. Not only were they accommodating they showed genuine care for me and my wife. A couple days later a received a letter in the mail which I only believed was a bill. To my surprise it was a hand written letter expressing their condolences for our family pet signed by the staff. This meant the world to me.
We are so grateful for the wonderful staff!! They saved our babies and were so compassionate and kept us informed every step of the way!! From the moment I called in complete panic the front desk staff calmed me and had me bring them in. I was met immediately by staff who started working on our babies. We were given updates and reassured along the way. I cannot begin to thank everyone who was involved in the care of our two babies. We had an emergency with our dog and called them on Saturday October 5 2019 and spoke to a tech who said she would check with the doctor and call us back. It has been 12 hours and we have not received a return call. We will be changing Vets! I do not recommend anyone using this Vets office!
