Called the clinic and spoke to a person that I assume was a vet tech. Very nice lady. She did not know much about the OFA certifications I was asking for, so she transferred me to someone that “knows more”. When I spoke to the next lady, she was very kind, but informed me that OFA requires dogs to be sedated in order to do hip and elbow x-rays. I had an appointment for my Cocker Spaniel's eye surgery this morning but upon arrival they had no record of his appointment. This was the last straw with this establishment. Previously when he had cherry eye issues, they only would perform the third eyelid removal procedure so I ended up going to Sale Creek to have the tuck procedure performed. Because of Sequoyah's proximity to where I live, when he was having recent eye issues I took him there for a checkup. Not wanting to pay a second exam fee, against my better judgemen... read more

I dropped off both my dogs on 23 June 2020 because I had surgery on the 24th. On the 25th I got a call from Sequoyah Animal Hospital letting me know they had to sent one of my dogs to an emergency vet. My dog had diabetes and the kennel was instructed to check his glucose and give him an insulin shot twice a day. I looked through his glucose log book they told us to trace the time , date and level. Two day ordeal with two of my dogs being snakebit. Received excellent emergent care, understanding care plans, and very supportive customer service. Pricing very reasonable. Can't wait to return for annual visits with all of my dogs, know they will get the best of care.
