I honestly never thought I would be writing a review like this. I have been coming to Sequoia Sandwich Company for many years, and as an elderly customer who has supported this business for a long time, it really hurts to say that I left feeling disappointed, uncomfortable, and frankly disgusted. What upset me the most was watching employees handle food without gloves, including handing food to dine-in customers, while also working the register and doing other tasks. Waited for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches, the place had only 4 or 5 people come in while I was waiting. I asked for non spicy suggestion for my baby & I. She suggested buffalo sandwich. I trusted her and she assured me it would come with ranch and wasn't spicy. And it was too spicy for a baby and didn'tcome with ranch. Paid $55 for 2 sandwiches, 2 drinks, 1 side of potato salad, and cookies that were supposedly 50% off. The women working look bored and mad.
