I’ve been here going on my 3rd year. I haven’t had any real complaints. It’s generally quiet with no issues. Rent has went up every year I’ve been here but still a decent place to stay. Very appreciative to Saucha, the newest manager on property for being attentive & willing to work with me
I don't know if the two women in the office are the owners. But if they aren't, that's how they feel.
I Was very pleased and happy with the apartment I got. Also how quick and easy Saucha the manager who is very nice was able to get me into my apartment last minute! Complex is very clean and very quiet. Seems very safe as there is security at night time I was told so that is a plus since it’s not a gated community but over all I’m in love with the place !
Good area and quiet place to live. Service is fast and fixed into the right problems.
Was looking through all the recent posts, as I was thinking of moving here. I lived here in 2016-2017 in apt 104. I loved it! If, and that was rare, I needed anything, it was handled right away. No loud noises, not roaches or rats, no one ever broke into my cars or home. I do not remember who the office staff was at that time- but they were great!
