This place is a effing joke. In the year and a half living there, they went thru 3 management companies. Policies always changing. I had a down tree branch that broke the interior wall of the apartment causing higher power charges due to cracked drywall, openings along with the lack of weather striping on the door, windows and base boards because of cracked foundation. Edit after living here 2 years: The new owner, management and office staff are turning this place into a slum. We were never late on rent, had no complaints, took care of our apartment, even though it's covered in cheap laminate that was improperly installed and chips and peels in the bathroom and the floor seams are separated and lifting. We were responsible users of the facilities on the rare occasion they were open and clean enough to use, and then they changed management and everything went downhill. Moved out on September 30 2024... Apartments have not yet returned my security deposit... My security deposit was for $1,425. Had to go the office to speak to the manager and asked if they had already sent my deposit and found out that she has no idea and give me a print out copy of the charges only to find that they only want to return $440 back... they're trying to charge Unit touch up $160, Carpet Cleaning $160, Cabinet Repaint Master and guest $250, Guest bath tub resurface tub $265 and Unit cleaning $150. Constantly turning water off during random days. AC was broken and we had to wait 3 DAYS for someone (who isn’t even the maintenance worker) to come and fix it. Cops are called once a week for fights or domestic disputes. Main office never answers the phone and when they do they have a hard time answering any questions. The price isn’t bad at all but I guess you get what you pay for here.

Only given a day or so to turn in my inspection sheet I forgot to mention the carpet on how very dusty it is. But when I went to the office the next day to turn it in I did mention it to cierra. But she swore up and down that they clean the carpet but if she didn't check for herself, it's our word against whoever cleaned it. So as I continue to vacuum the carpet, the more thicker the dust became. Looks like comet the clean powder.
