we were gonna get someone elsse to come out but teh office said they could do it the same day, which worked out perfect... their guy was super friendly and walked us through everything he did. turned out our regulator was a bigger problem than we thought, so glad we called them first.
Jose Urbina deserves more than 10 stars ! He has been the best delivery driver. Always nice to see and vey thorough!
They let me run out of propane. I have given them two months of time to fill my tank. I called them on January 20th as a reminder to please come fill my tank. They said they would come out. It is now February 7th and my tank is empty and now I have no hot water or way to heat my house. What jerks. Once this company got bought out and monopolized, prices went up and services went down. I truly hate having a monopoly on propane in my area and I am considering just getting rid of my propane altogether because it appears I cant ... read more
