Dr. DuCasse has been treating my botched tarsal tunnel surgery (caused by a different doctor) using Hydro-dissection for the past year or so. She’s an absolute pro at it. I always look forward to it, it gives me better relief than anything else I’ve tried. Very grateful for Dr. DuCasse and US Neropathy Centers!
I saw Dr. Nagra and she was absolutely wonderful. I saw another podiatrist, however they were not able to treat my condition. The staff was friendly and professional. I would recommend this office and providers to everyone!

Dr. DuCasse has single handedly changed my life. Her compassion, patience and impeccable knowledge and medical skills are simply unmatched. In one visit, she diagnosed what had been a 15 year mystery for 2 other specialists, and developed an extensive treatment plan. She took her time to explain things in layman terms and even did a drawing for me to fully understand. I LOVE this doctor and her team.
