First time there and it was a nice place for a workout. They could use a couple of more sanitizer stations.
Spare yourself the wasted time. This place is so run down and they have a contract you can’t get out. Wild for a crappy gym
Got a “pleasure” of interacting with manager Kenneth recently…. What a special character! Zero customer service skills, just a big boss syndrome and arrogance. Very frustrating. Makes you feel very uncomfortable
Would not recommend Sequence Fitness in Panama City Beach if you’re on vacation and just need a weekly pass. My friend got charged multiple times on her card and it was very difficult to get a refund. The manager and staff were unprofessional and not helpful at all. Overall, a frustrating experience — I’d definitely suggest looking for better gym options in the area if you’re visiting.
