As a member of 1 year I wanted to share my poor experience last week and over the past year. They received new equipment which earns them two stars. Their huge problem is they let equipment stay broken for months. Most TVs don't work. Their drinking fountain's filter has been red for months.
Poor management, Kennith was extremely rude. Nothing gets fixed when it breaks, prices went up
That place is a total scam. I tried to tell them I would be on vacation and they constantly have been trying to charge my account now over $1500 for training sessions I never used because they wouldn’t pause my account while I was gone. Well good luck to them in trying to get another penny out of me because I don’t use credit and I control my money so try that BS on someone else.
