Not happy with Sequel. The support workers are always on phone. They don’t take elderly for a walk or even to a local cafe. Respite carers should take elderly outside to restaurants and cafes. Not happy at and would not recommend. @Anna
The personal care Rani provided to my Mum on her discharge from hospital was fantastic and so appreciated. She was super competent, professional, friendly and made Mum feel cared for and comfortable. Thank you Rani!
