I just called to talk to Tom or Annn about a claim I needed to file and was forwarded to a company called Western Gold Insurance Agency. I thought it was a mistake, so I hung up and tried again, same result. It turns out, Ann and Tom have retired ( I somehow missed that memo,) and this company has taken over their accounts. I have, literally, been with Sepulveda for 30 years, and while I wish them well in their retirement, I feel like I've lost two members of my family. I'm so bummed. I have my insurance with Ann and Tom for couple of years and every single year they are looking on getting me better rates and saving me money.. They are truly good people and always looking out for whats best for you.
