Very helpfull and professional.For years i have been getting my tank pumped by another company and i thought i was getting agood service untell i had Septic Technologies come out.They explained to me that there was a better way to pump/clean a septic tank.They removed all the stuff inside not just the liquid by accessing the larger cap that i didn't even know i had.I highly recommend them!
