Very nice guys who work hard
I began dealing with Septic Technologies in 1996 when I met Kevin Kirkpatrick after calling for assistance with a problem septic. Kevin was prompt and professional and assisted with problems that other companies wouldn't even come out and look at. Due to Kevin's positive attitude I've continued to use his company thru the years for general maintenance, and have always received the same professional services each time by Kevin as well as all his employees including his office staff'. Didn't know it was a family business at the time, but if everybody operated like this company does it would be easy to pick a company to do whatever you needed to be done. Polite, courteous, professional, & more than willing to answer questions & provide valuable information. Darned good value for the buck. It doesn't get any better.
Gina was very helpful and patient. They also were very accomodating, got right out to my place that morning to service my problem quickly and efficiently, and price came in under original quote. I'll recommend them to my neighbors. Thanks SepTech!!
They had to replace one cap which cost $100. They did a professional job but left some probe marks in the gravel searching for the tank location.
Let's just say, they know what their doing. They show up when the say. and do a very good job. And the price can;t be beat. Very pleased.
