SSA have been fantastic every step of the way in installing and servicing our septic system. They assisted in planning and council permits, installation was efficient and the site was left in a great condition afterwards. Garry Floyd is an exceptionally knowledgeable septic service technician, and was very generous with his time and knowledge during a recent service. Garry took the time to explain how the system functioned, and describe signs to look for that may indicate when certain elements of my system may need replacing. being new to the area I was unsure whether there was a problem after cleaning filter. Rang SSA and within the hour had Gary Floyd on FaceTime showing him the issue. He told me all was good and gave me some advice on when to service. Great people excellent customer service.
