After 12 years of service by SSA, our system looks and functions like it was just installed. This is because of Technician's such as Steve and Gary coming here 4 times a year and showing respectful care. A level of professionalism we all wish for in today's society. Keep up the great work Gentlemen! I must also mention Customer service. Mychelle is outstanding! Such a great team. Such a great product. The attached photos are of a 12 year old system.
We've had our new septic system installed in Ringwood North. SSA were good to deal with and very efficient through the whole process. That included the initial planning, council approvals, installation, commissioning and my several conversations with their office. They were able to get us up and running in a short timeframe which was much appreciated.
Septic Systems Australia has one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever received. As a business owner if this was my team, I’d be very happy with them. From Chris who sold me the system, Michelle who takes the calls, and Ivan who did the recent service on my system, everyone is genuine and kind. If you’re considering purchasing a system from them, you don’t need to worry about being forgotten after the purchase. Over a year in, and they’re still excellent.

They did an outstanding job cleaning our septic system, identifying a pump issue, helping us to select the best pump product for our home, and quickly getting everything repaired. SSA were recommended to us for some urgent rectification work on our waste water treatment system. Service was friendly and punctual throughout. Big shout out to Stevie J who replaced the broken pump, then rescheduled his whole next day so he could come back first thing and troubleshoot the issues in our 20 year old system so it was working again. You always appreciate old school customer service and very happy to recommend based on our recent experience!
