SSA has been servicing the septic plant at my house for many years. The team has always been professional and incredibly helpful. I wasn’t looking forward to the quarterly service this time around because the aeration pump was making a terrible noise, and I thought I’d be up for a full system reco. I came across SSA a few years ago and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking. Communication is good and all the technicians that have come out over the years have been excellent - friendly and willing to take the time to explain what is going on and why. Had a wonderful experience with them and all were very helpful from office team and the tradies who attend the site and did a great job and explaining everything perfectly specially for my dad who doesn’t speak English. Thank you to all the team who helped us to install a new septic tank, will recommend 💯 to anyone who wants to install as they are also great value for money and who wouldn’t want that. 😉😉
SSA have been fantastic every step of the way in installing and servicing our septic system. They assisted in planning and council permits, installation was efficient and the site was left in a great condition afterwards. Servicing is prompt and the technicians have always been helpful on keeping the system running smoothly. Highly recommended 10/10
