We have been using SSA for servicing our septic for years and the service has always been great. Recently they detected corrosion and collapse of a critical pump that required half a day repair work by two of their experts. They were fantastic - communicated well, cleaned up the site, and made a great suggestion on how we could better use the grey water on our garden.
Septic Systems Australia repaired my Taylex system on Tuesday 16th June. Thank you to Michelle in the office and Matt the technician who turned an initial poor experience with the first attending tech a few weeks before into an exceptional experience. We’ve just had our new wastewater system installed by the Septic Systems Aus team and we’ve had excellent service at every stage. Our property has challenges with rock and steep areas and everything has gone very smoothly. The team handled everything to get the permits and make plans to ensure everything was placed in the most practical way. The installation team did a fantastic job and were terrific to deal with. We highly recommend the team.
Thank you to SSA for 5yrs of excellent and cost effective service. From a welcoming & efficient office to very qualified service persons, SSA has kept our septic system running with minimum intervention by us. If the system components needed cleaning or replacement, the service person would discuss this with us first, then a folllow-up report & quote was received for our approval. We have never experience unnecessary charges. Again, thank you.
After 12 years of service by SSA, our system looks and functions like it was just installed. This is because of Technician's such as Steve and Gary coming here 4 times a year and showing respectful care. A level of professionalism we all wish for in today's society. Keep up the great work Gentlemen! I must also mention Customer service. Mychelle is outstanding! Such a great team. Such a great product. The attached photos are of a 12 year old system.
