Terrific team with a real customer / client focus. Office staff established our new account, completed a technical handover and sent lots of great support information to us as new septic systems users. Gary attended site and reviewed the state of our system, completed minor low costs repairs and adjustments, watched costs and managed our budget, and took a considered and conservative approach to additional new works and cost. We’ve just had our new wastewater system installed by the Septic Systems Aus team and we’ve had excellent service at every stage. Our property has challenges with rock and steep areas and everything has gone very smoothly. The team handled everything to get the permits and make plans to ensure everything was placed in the most practical way. The installation team did a fantastic job and were terrific to deal with. We highly recommend the team.
We have been using SSA for servicing our septic for years and the service has always been great. Recently they detected corrosion and collapse of a critical pump that required half a day repair work by two of their experts. They were fantastic - communicated well, cleaned up the site, and made a great suggestion on how we could better use the grey water on our garden.

We installed a new septic system and SSA were fantastic, well organised, helpful and responsive. Elaine in operations was really on the ball and despite being new to the team, Lucas made up for a mistake we made and made an unexpected repair that enabled commissioning to go ahead. They are awesome.
