After 12 years of service by SSA, our system looks and functions like it was just installed. This is because of Technician's such as Steve and Gary coming here 4 times a year and showing respectful care. A level of professionalism we all wish for in today's society. Keep up the great work Gentlemen! I must also mention Customer service. Mychelle is outstanding! Such a great team. Such a great product. The attached photos are of a 12 year old system.

From Chris who sold me the system, Michelle who takes the calls, and Ivan who did the recent service on my system, everyone is genuine and kind. If you’re considering purchasing a system from them, you don’t need to worry about being forgotten after the purchase. Over a year in, and they’re still excellent.

Septic Systems have been servicing our property for a number of years. They have always demonstrated a high degree of professionalism combined with great communication, plus real world technical knowledge. A special “shout out” for Gary who helped resolve an issue while we were away overseas. Highly recommended.
SSA were easy to work with and made the approval and installation process simple. Not having any real knowledge of septic systems and their workings, SSA have good systems in place to educate a novice such as myself.
