Alana, Justin, Josiah, and the rest of their staff are incredible people, and we couldn’t be more blessed to have had my grandmother living there for the last year and a half of her life. My mom has lived at September Cottage for about 8 months. Prior to moving there, she lived in a memory care facility. Her life, since moving to September Cottage, has improved immensely! She is loved and cared for 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week. Justin and Alana, as well as the entire staff, have taken time to know and understand my mom. My communication with Alana or Justin, is comfortable, helpful, and prompt - a luxury I did not have while my mom was living in the other facility. I go there to visit, not to “check - up”.
